Resolving this should be done like so;

1. Make sure you have evidence of your purchase. (A screenshot of the order mail and eventually screenshots of the package to show your losses);
2. Send this to the Help Desk including a brief and formal explanation of what happened;

I've had this issue multiple times before, and it was resolved pretty quickly and always with good results.

Go to your sketches click on it. You will be sent to where you need to open the package to receive your sketches.

Oh, I am sorry! I might've gone too quick I didn't know what esquisses were until now!
