Ran, God of Warfare and the Seas and Veyon, God of Wind must be angry. I've heard the sapphire breeze is now a Category 5 hurricane, rapidly intensifying in the Gilded Sea.
It is the Blue misty breeze after the Storm at the Sapphire mountain settles down. This is also felt in far way lands when the Storm at the Sapphire mountain is in progress.
