At the top of my screen it always indicates at least two new letters even when there are none. When I do have a new letter the number increases but never goes below 2. Under my scribe advisor, the scroll indicating new messages from the scribe won't turn off, even when I read and delete all messages. I have cleared my cache and this does not help.
