Is there a way to track on what i spent my Sapphires? 

When you start fail to pay your bills and your wife pack her bags, its a good indicator you spent to much :p

I'm more interested to track on what items i gained/spend my sapphires.

Some thing like (Bank Statement)

1) spent 50 Sapphires on Fortification wall on dd/mm/yyyy.

2) Gained 100 sapphires from Jewel Hamlet on dd/mm/yyyy

3) Gained 1000 Sapphires from Weekly ranking on dd/mm/yyyy

4) Bought 100 Sapphires from Bank on dd/mm/yyyy

5) Gained 100 Sapphires from PvP on dd/mm/yyyy

I'm not sure if everyone playing this game will be interested to track such detail.

But i feel it is worth a Suggestion.
