new 50 percent offence defence enhancer
I bought the new 50 percent enhancer yesterday and activated it. It's supposed to last 7 days but it's not active today. Anyone else had this problem?

please if you think there is any issue activating that item send a ticket to support following this link
they will be in better position than we to explain and check it since the moment is a new item and most of us still havent use it

It won't let me submit a ticket i've tried all day it just sends me round in circles which is why i posted here

please make sure to fill all fields when submitting a ticket http://prntscr.com/bzk8tg
you can find your game ID at the end of the guide click on it and it will automatically be copied
use the link given by juglar and choose plarium.com

i had the very same insue plus spys missing im worse than you lol didnt get a answer to my mail yet there goes 1 day already
