Load Lightshot and then select your picture by clicking the PRT SC button on your keyboard and dragging the mouse to select the part of the screen you want to copy .  Once you have it on a tab, right click and "Open image in new Tab". That will give you a URL that the forum will accept. Then you "Insert Image".

You sure that works? 

Pretty certain the owners of Lightshot don't allow third party linking to their websites (which is not that difficult to code btw), for the obvious reason that it bypasses their adds (that pay for the hosting and the bandwidth you are using).

If you want to link a picture in the forums you need some webhosting that will allow you to link. Personally, I have my own website and webspace which is how I link my screenshots directly. There may be some services that will allow direct linking but pretty sure Lightshot isn't one of them.
