My league has been sitting at 4K holding beacons for the past hour and we have not received the level 4 achievement.

it seems all is correct
if you don have got ur achievemet please send a ticket to support explaining this issue
click on this link they will be able to look into logs and confirm what has happened

OK, I opened it as an In-Game error. All stats show we hold 4k, but still no achievement. I need that achievement. I hope we don't lose it if, for some reason, we drop below 4k later.
