I have contacted support in the past when this happened.  It was insisted that units "do not vanish" and that I must have "sent them off to battle by mistake".

Then a month or so later "a rare bug" allows for units to vanish from the catacomb...

This happened again last night 2/26.  (I didn't even bother reporting the 2nd and third time). Hundreds of my units (ALL IN THE CATACOMBS) vanished as I went to battlegrounds.

Can we look into this and replace my units?  I grow so wary of spending months doing epics to get units to have them all vanish in the blink of an eye.

If you cannot recover them, please let me know so I can discontinue my daily playing of this game.
