I have checked your League and have not found the inactivity icon you've mentioned. Could you please make a screenshot of it and attach to your reply here?

I just wanted to also mention this inactivity rule makes managing the league much harder then it needs to be and is ruining the game experience.

This issue has already been reported to our developers. They have implemented a fix, which recalculates your League activity at 00:00 UTC. After it, you should see the correct League activity %.
