Hello, was told to report a bug.

My league downgraded a fortress lvl 14 to 13 yesterday at 14:26 (UTC+2). I tried to downgrade it furtrer the next day. My attack landed and was successful (there were no defending units) today at 14:29. The report says that fort wasn't downgraded. And they had managed to build it up to lvl 14. 

There are two possible scenarios, on more likely than another. 

1) Some bug in game

2) someone attacked the fort and the league upgraded it by 2 lvls. All that in that 3 min time interval!! (possible, but very unrealistic)
