There are some strange dark spells at works. Units not returning, but stuck for hours with status "are leaving the Castle..."

Unfortunately, we can't check them via Forum.

While submitting your request to Support, please make sure to input your coordinates exactly like this (substituting your coordinate numbers for the sample numbers shown below)

x:100 y:200

They should be in lower case , colon after the x and y, one space between the sets of coordinates.
