It's not so easy, My Lord. Sometimes, these spammers find the way how to circumvent the block.

I have blacklisted Master multiple times and he/she keeps being able to send me letters.  This would imply that every time he/she gets banned or blocked, he/she just creates a new account and resumes business.  

Helper hasn't discovered me yet.  I'm overjoyed to have more spam to look forward to.

I'd assume that doing business with these guys would be a bad idea.  At best, you're paying someone to help you cheat.  At worst, they'll take your money and steal your account.

As for spammers, we're running automatic checks on the servers regularly and block these accounts.

Unfortunately, new accounts still can be created, but we'll block them after another check as well.

The best decision, in this case, is to add such spammers to the blacklist. You can also report them to Support team, they're banning such accounts when they get the reports on them.

How about including a report spam button near the blacklist button?  That's a feature I've seen in a lot of other games.

You need to report such players directly to Support Team. Due to the technical specifications, we can't add the option that will create such report to Support team automatically.
