As for translations for all the different languages of people that play so they can communicate with each other ingame ? 

I'm not sure that will be possible But I can forward your request or maybe move your  topic to the suggestion area so they can look at this Idea

you can set your respective national language. then you have everything in russian.

is it that what you mean? for the communication in multi-lingual communities i have a tiny little account in the main language of my league because of the building naming + the scroll naming + the unit naming. this is really very difficult with a translation program because it are "fantasy terms". 

i am surprised that "ru" is not in your selection. i have produced the image now @the moment.

No, I didn't apply because I thought everyone had such a set of languages.

I am thinking that the language selector  is only for messages to the player from the game and is not a tanslator for different nationalities to communicate with each other.
