I'm sorry you don't give enough information to answer with accuracy If your trying to point out a glitch I recomend you reset your game and see if it's ongoing or just a minor issue that can be corrected with A reset

They added a new Champion that you need to complete some of these quests now. You can get the new champion by using some summoning bonds.

They can be found at the bottom of your Champions list. You may need to make room to add them in.
