Refreshed, cleared cache, restarted PC, etc. it is still gone.

I got this email from Plarium support. Indeed the item is back, but I am sure it was not there before. So if support had nothing to do with the item reappearing, we might be looking at some sort of bug. From my part, topic is closed, matter is resolved. Thank you!
