Lost my castle

I was directed to reinstall Plarium Play and did so. Now my Stormfall castle that I have been working on for over 8 years is gone. I get a new castle no matter what server I chose. I would really like my catle back.

I have lost my level 111 castle...  Needless to say, I am dejected and want to just stop playing..

I tried deleting PP and reinstalling again. No help. I followed the link. No help. I migrated to PP months ago so I would not consider myself to be on the "FB platform". I need a better explanation on what to do to fix the problem caused by Plarium Play.

Lord Daniel  please be sure to uninstall  the app from panel control...and just after that do the migration steps again...

You can also contact directly the Support team   !

That is what I did.  Also, I have sent contact to what I believe is the "Suppport Team" but any response from that contact takes days.

if your ticket was properly sent you will have an confirmation letter  with A support ticket  number If you have not gotten one then your support request was not recieved . If you don't have a reply then please send in another Ticket Being careful to complete it in full detail .

I have a ticket open. They send me a request for infor and I reply. Then I do mot hear from them for days. Then I get another request for the same info.  Then I wait for days and then get another request for the same info. The problem is still on going and NO ONE is trying to do anything to help resolve it. I have to reinstall PP several times any time I want to get to my level 94 castle.
