Electric and electronic equipment waste producers, manufacturers, bulk consumers, importers, recyclers, dismantlers, and collection centers are all eligible for an EPR Authorization. 

EPR for e-waste is applicable to
the following items: 

• A manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment or a plastics manufacturer 
• A regular purchaser of electrical and electronic equipment 
• Importer of electrical and electronic equipment in large quantities 
• e-waste recyclers, dismantlers, refurbishes, and collection centers
