Please go to the above official link and verify you have the latest version of adobe flash.

A VPN might just help, so before you try anything install and try using browsec VPN. 

If that fails, then

Try to download and play the game on a different browser

Opera is great if you have internet problems( your speed is lower than 1 MB/s, eg is 2G, the game runs good in a 3-5G internet. 

Pufin, or other 4G browser like Maxthon nitro works even better than Opera but they have issues.
