For the last 3 month I have been facing the same wheel discount over and over again. The fact that resources type only displayed to me for every single day  is very discriminating to me as one of the player who spend blood money for this game. What makes me more disappointed is the developer take it this issue lightly as they said they will fix it on the next update, is it the next 3 month? Other player given opportunity to enjoy the good discount of your expensive stuff on the game but not for me? Whoever responsible for this, come out now!!!!

you have been told that the devs are aware of this issue and are working for a fix. in the moment they have it sure will be set on the next update scheduled so please be a litte patient to wait for it.

support has answered u telling the same as at this moment they close the ticket waiting for the fix. so in the moment they launch the fix and in the case it still does not work for u, u can open a new one.

hope it can be solved as soon as possible

if devs can not fix old bugs, then why the hell they implement new things (and create more problems) ???

i have heard that "near future" before.  some issues not solved since i started to play game. like reports not show up if not refersh, double letters etc.

so, if there is team working on it, it is not qualified.  need petter team with more knowledge.  i do not point finger to forum mods. it is just only place, where i can say , what i say.

Some issues just are not as easy to solve as it seems to be.

According to our devs, the bug with Wheel of Fortune offers should be fixed till the end of July.

Still, they cannot give 100% guarantee.

my wheel is stuck for weeks on 50% on castle skins..... others might be stuck on 50% off units or 50% fortifications discount etc....  they can get a lot of cheap FB's or walls... does not seem fair to me

The global bug with the Wheel of Fortune when players were receiving absolutely the same offers was fixed.

Still, there are some players who receive the same offer, but its conditions differ (for example, changes the percentage of the discount).

This issue was reported already, and devs are checking how they can improve the Wheel of Fortune algorithm.

Did that bug report issue last week never got a response. Just did one again....maybe it will get looked at...doubt it though. Plarium likes our money but not fixing the game.

We've forwarded the feedback to devs that we started to receive many complaints from players about the recurrent Offers.

Devs now are checking again what could cause this issue. I hope they will get it completely fixed this time, and the Wheel of Fortune will work as expected soon.

Fix the wheel or remove it until you can fix it

it good to see news and updates, but not, if old bugs are not fixed.

Two different team are working on bugfix and implementation of new features. So, adding new features doesn't mean that our devs don't work on fixing the bugs.

As for the issue with Wheels of Fortune, it should be fixed in the near future :)
