I've done EXACTLY as it said. Code: FALL20. Yet,once I clicked confirm, it only said: Reward code invalid. Please check and try again. Where has it gone wrong? Is someone controling all this? To favor certain amount of players who can get the rewards and who cannot?

To whoever might be controling this system, please fix this soon. I'm sure I'm not the only 1 suffering from this.
