Hello Lord Kdaver, someone else  said that is something strange with the rank of tiers in brawl...

But the team answered there is no bug ,  anyway, if you have some screenshots or something else for show us there is something wrong , please fill a bug report like in the link below :

We are a server 1 league of approximately 30 members, our typical maximum score is a little over 1 million and when brawl was working well we yo-yo'ed between bronze and silver tiers

Now we are AGAIN placed in diamond tier, while info falsely suggests that leagues in this tier scored from some 780 k pts to over 33 million points... we were not even anywhere near 780 k and did NOT EVER deserve to be in the diamond tier, not even in gold , really :(

It would be ever so nice if Plarium could get their act on tier-assignments together and make that bug-free, this madness has been going on for perhaps some 3 or 4 months now - although it seems longer - and looks as if getting worse, not better

There are two different types of brawls. The Royal League Brawl and the Normal League Brawl.

Both have a separate ranking system. Leagues that are in the current Diamond tire would have scored 778 557 and 33 583 372 in the last league brawl 2 weeks ago.

This is a very good system because it gives small leagues a chance to win twice, rather than play one week and then not play the next. Now you can ply both weeks.

However, if you are a very Big league, you need to make a choice on what type of league brawl you will play. Otherwise, you will forever be stuck in a tire you don't want to be in. 

There are two possible ways your leagues can now play
