In order to unlock Dragon Stone you need to advance through the Tutorial Quests. Besides, please make sure you claimed Reward for all completed Quests as you won't receive Quest to build Dragon Stone if the reward for some of them is still pending. Good luck!

and at what level does it happen. Like I said I am farther on server 3 than server 1 in everyway and have it on server 1. I celieve i need more "important" building on server 3 than server 1standard reply to all of these dragon ston issues. I mean come on dude is doing dragons egg a still dont have it.
