Hi there. I was just farming at the Champion Event. When I wanted to buy new energy all of my emeralds were suddenly gone. I had almost 29xx now there is 0. I have already relogged. Even a server change didn't work. How do I get my Smarafde back? Thank you

Same problem here. Thought my emerald count has been reset to 200 emeralds when claiming that reward, but probably my count has also been set to zero (without me noticing), and only noticed some time after claiming the 200 emerald reward, as my emerald count is now exactly 200.
