My Infirmary has a permanent red + icon above it and it's not allowing me to get units resurrected. I am able to buy back dead troops with rubies, but not get other troops revived.

I wasn't doing anything unusual before the bug arose, there was some combat and I revived all my units, but the red + icon persisted, even after reviving all the units I could see.

What should have happened is I should have troops to revive from defensive and offensive combats, for "free", however they're not showing up in my infirmary. I can't see them....
