i send enough bug reports that they never reply to nor refund the missing items

 i am still waiting for them to reimburse me for a package that i never received  with 150 harpys 150 typhons plus sapphs and whatever was in the package - i had sent them the payment details as well !

As for the package never received you have to contact Support Plarium !
