it's waiting like this and I haven't been able to log in for months, it's been waiting like this for about 6 months, it logs in when I connect my phone's mobile internet to the computer, but the modem is waiting like this with my internet.

The issue most likely has to do with your internet provider. The game functions properly with your phone's mobile internet so it is not the game itself or your computer. Therefore, the issue must be with your internet provider.

If you play from Belarus or Russia your account was closed .
If is not as i said than you should to contact the Support and ask more info .
