i keep getting league chests but the contents keep vanishing - equipment items do not reach my hero's inventory (nor the other items)

i just received 2 chests - one of them an exquisite but the contents of both vanished!

this is an on-going matter - i have reported it before several times but got no response.

just like i have never received the 150 typhons and 150 harpys i purchased in a package plus whatever else was in it nor received a refund of the cost - even though i supplied the payment details
