You can't use battleground because the weorian event has ended. The event has no problems if the 7 days of suspension due to the league change have ended. We are waiting for a new update from you at the next event.

Yes, If you are unlucky with the timing

you need to be a full member before the tournament start(to have the 7days in the new league ) . for sure next time  you will can partecipate .
