No, i didn't try to uninstall and reinstall. I play on multiple devices. it should have showed up on at least one, i would think. Do you know what time the event started? UTC time?

Yes, well, the hit was after 12:00 UTC... 12:43 UTC per my screenshot above. Support is useless and I lost out on rewards. Very frustrating.
