would be very helpful to have some screenshot about... search and download an app for captures, many players use Lightshot , is very easy for use it ... 

Anyway i will forward a request to the technical support agents for verify this situation !

we shouldn't have to show screen shots for anything. It would help if problems were addressed and fixed in a timely fashion, If  you want people to continue spending money on the game and playing it overall.  Also it would be best to have a place on the Stormfall page to make bug reports and to report issues in general instead of this stupid forum!!!!!!

Tam , in my opinion the things was like this :

11 October starts the previous brawl , you was in the league Shadows Reject, and after the brawl starts you was kicked out ... than you joined in another league !  right ? do you confirm this ? from your screenshot i noticed that ...

If the things was like i said , than is normal that you didn't received any point brawl , and also this brawl you will not receive because your 7 days in the new league are accomplished after the brawl started ... you will receive just the deeds !

According to our system data, you've joined the Damned Gods league right after the League Brawl was over. Obviously, it could've prevented you from receiving the points during the next Tournament as well. Let us know the exact date and fight in which you should've received the points.

You posted screenshots just for the server 1 ! the brawl of this week should be fine , don't change the league, now you are an effective member so you can partecipate, read with attention what task you have to do for  earn points , and remember that for have the rewards you need a minimum of 2 k points !
