I started a group hunt with auto energy recharge and champion ex boost and went away, when I came back the champion exp boost was used up but only 45 attacks completed in almost 3 hours.

I purchased an exp boost (4h). I want to be compensated with at least 100 exp boost(4H)
I have the same issue. A group hunt running for more than 24hrs and only 13 of the 20 champs are finished. Really ticked off about this change
I used 8hrs of Champ XP boosts and only 9 of my 20 Champs finished. Seems like I have to now check my Hunt every 45min or so, if I don't the Hunt pauses but the time for my Champ XP boosts keeps running and I lose the XP. Please fix this issue NOW !!!

Same here as well . Seems if you sign out your group hunt stops but the xp boost time does not . You sign in and it starts the hunt again wasting emeralds because without the xp booster on it takes twice as many hits to finish a hunt . If this is a glitch some petty prize is not cutting it this time lots of wasted emeralds and points lost . Auto is useless if I have to sit there signed in to use it . Plus I have wasted my money on packages to use in the future . Pay check cut off till this is fixed ! ! ! !
Solo Hunt and Group Hunts are freezing. They don't work.

The Paitiense Gifts offered as a compensation are by far too unfair compared to the losses incurred and vanished gaming plans/expectations.
But... to be honest, its not really about compensation, it is just that the BUG is such a disaster - fix it please and never let it happen again.

I am sure it was a hard time for both, players and the Plarium crew. Yes, it was hard for players to take losses day after day, and yes it was hard for the crew to find the solution under the press of our pushy complaints. Looks like the problem was really huge, and thanks for solving it!
Since the problem is over, I personally am happy with just the fact that the game is back to its normal... no matter what compensation is offered.
Others in my league got the Penitence Gift, I did not get a Penitence Gift. Why ?

No gift here either , No emeralds to replace all that was lost .
I have seen Many Did Not recieve This Gift Not that it came close to being relatively adequate compensation for the losses caused. I'm not impressed

Thanks, But that is a joke last time I contacted support it was over 10 days of back and forth . Then still they threw me some sapps to leave them alone in the end maybe if I remember correctly 8,000 of them and I think thats been over 2 years ago . Whats that maybe tops 7 dollars for the back and forth of 10 days ? My fix is just to cut off packages for a month from all accounts . If enough people follow I bet all these mistakes over the last year will slow and they will double check new updates instead of just pushing them out and lets see what happens . Because for any member that actually plays the gifts for all the loss on all these mistakes is no where near enough to cover the loss .

The penitence gift was awarded to those players, who lost their hunt activators and boosters; the number of items restored was equal to the average number of items players spent during that period. If you lost some of them and didn't receive the gift, please contact our tech. support team to find out more.
This is why we do not come to the forum any more or use the VIP feature , To much wasted time when plarium knows we all lost emeralds in this and should be able to see who lost hunt activators and boosters . Maybe Plarium did not go back to when the problem started and gave only the members rewards on the last few days of the issue but most of us stopped after 1-2 days in after loosing enough . Either way there are many who feel taken and will buy packs most likely less for atleast awhile . It seems as of he last year lots of things added then adjusted to less and less return over time to spend more and more .
I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the gift. If you lost some of your items due to the issue connected with the Group Hunt, please try contacting our tech support team so they can check everything and add the gift to your acc if necessary.

AS far as im concerned it was a system failure on Plarium part and they should just compensate all for it and not make us contact uselsss people that just get it. is your choice of course , some of my members contacted the support and received the penitence gift
