If you click on the Feats of Valor I think you will find your missing  Feats :)  Feats of honor deal mostly with the Stoneheart and Champion's and it appears Hamlets  levels of achievement. plus a couple other  added bonuses I do see what you mean about the Dragonstone though unless it been given some room to accommodate an extension to the Dragonstone Arts

i think i have enough champions grade 3

I'm sure it only counts the ones since the Feats of Honor started. I don't think it's retroactive  But I will ask about that Ok :)
