It appears My WOF  bonus will not allow me to purchase a level 10 Wall using the Discount 

I have only 4 more hours open to collect this

This was the first wall I tried to Place and if you noticed the purchase price and the amount of Sapphires available it would of been the only one I would of purchased. I would of had 2 more I could of purchased if I had the Sapphires. I see there is now a second report in Bug Reports https://plarium.com/forum/en/stormfall-age-of-war/bug-reports/120653_wheel-of-fortune-did-not-give-said-discount/   so it's not just me 

And I have more than half a castles worth of walls that still need to be Built so it's not like I didn't have a place to put a section of wall. 

So to me I still think it is a Bug unfortunately most likely I will lose out as the offer is long gone now.
