fortress downgrade not been recognized
Hello, saw this topic is been done before
But our fortress downgrade is not been recognized we where at level 16 and downgraded an other level 16, now we have all requirements still the game tells us we need to downgrade a fort level 16 or higher, what we just dit, please fix this.
