Yes, I have the green check mark on the icon that indicates unclaimed completed DQs exist.  However, I no longer receive the notification that makes a sound and visually appears for a few seconds on the bottom right of the screen when the DQ currently in progress completes.

I always leave 9 or 10 completed DQs stored, so the icon check is permanent for me.  I rarely use sound, so prior to the addition of Mar'eth Quests, I used the timer on the icon (best method).   After the timer was removed from the icon, I had to rely on the visual notification that temporarily appears when a DQ completes.
