Yesterday's wheel was supposed to give a 50% reduction on 3 fortification purchases. (Took Screenshot).
It did not.
I ended up paying full price for the walls (1000) & tower I bought.
Not happy. I hope I get 50% back of the sapphires lost.

I have a similar bug where I cannot apply the fortification discount from the wheel of fortune. The screenshot is attached.
As you can see from the screenshot, I still have plenty of structures to build. Please advice.
