Hi there lord Frederick, this 1 is a known issue and the developers are working to get it fixed

When I try to send free resources to get resources in return and the white box comes up and I click send the box freezes. I can neither send or cancel. Would appreciate your help.

Try refreshing, that usually fixes it.  But yeah, devs are working on it so hopefully it'll get patched soon.
