Hi there LordElrick2000. Did you unlock your castle within the last hour before your post or before daily refresh time? Scrolls only drop after each daily refresh once you have unlocked your Stoneheart castle.
A little tip: you can also receive scrolls from playing the Stoneheart battlegrounds

same problem here
got unlock and build the new castle, got 1 scoll for each of the 2 first days but nothing the following days (2 days off)
is there any rules to have scroll or did we need to do balur camp for having the following scrolls ?
up : strange after my post, i reload the game and a scroll appears (that's not the time reset for the missions so i don't understand)
