Losing Engery and Emeralds when sending more than one Champion attacks at a time


When I send out 2 Champions on attack undead I see 2 raids being sent:



I see both of my Champions are attacking undead:



Then I see the 1st Champion has made the attack undead (moved to level 5) and the 2nd Champion is still going to attack undead (still at level 3):



Then when the 2nd Champion hits I get no report and my 2nd Champion does not move up in rank nor is it coming back, but you can still see the 1st Champion coming back from the attack:




I had lost many Energy's before I noticed this.  I had also used emeralds to buy extra Energy so I could continue attacking undead before I noticed....

I also lost 20 Energy when I sent 3 Champions out on attack undead at the same time... once the 1st Champion hit, then when the 2nd and 3rd Champions hit they just went back to as if I never sent them.



NOW I ONLY SEND 1 CHAMPION TO ATTACK UNDEAD AT A TIME, SO I DON'T CONTINUE TO LOSE ENERGY




Agent Pavel... please reimburse my account for 500 Emeralds for this issue.

i think its not a bug. its how the feature works.

every time you send a champion to kill an undead you must spend energy in the travel (10 uds)

if you send 2 champions to undeads each one spend 10 so 20 in total

you have 100 energy in total and every sent spends 10 but you can win sometimes extra energy when the undead is killed

when you have spent all the 100 units u have to refill it with items or wait half an hour to get 10 recovered. if you click on refill and have no items it refills spending emeralds so be careful.

every level needs a certain amount of xp to be reached so the second champion returning and still on level 5 is cause it still havent reached the necesary xp to reach level 6, the higher level the more xp and the more sendings to undeads needs.

hope all this can clarify your doubts, i still think its not a bug, however i maintain this post here for the agent to take a look

Are you sending TWO champions to attack the SAME undead?

Why would anyone do this?


This game is very bad at multi-tasking ... never try to do two things at once because it causes bugs and glitches

Thank you for your feed back but you are missing the point... I am sending 2 different Champions to 2 different undead...


1st Champion...



2nd Champion...




They are attacking 2 different undead and this is what I am seeing...




The green arrow indicates that each Champion is on its way to attack a different undead...



When the 1st Champion attacks the undead.. the green arrow indicates it is on its way back home while the 2nd Champion is still on its way to attack the DIFFERENT undead...  you can see that the 1st Champion has increased to level 5 from his attack, while the 2nd Champion is still on its way to attack and is at level 3



The issue is when the 2nd Champion lands its attack on the DIFFERENT undead...

there is no report generated, there are no points given for Champion XP to level up the 2nd Champion (still at level 3), and now the Champion is instantly back like I had never sent it in the first place, and I am out the 10 Energy that I used to send it in the first place...

And you can see the green arrow is indicating that the 1st Champion is still on its way back from its attack on the undead while there is no green arrow on the 2nd Champion, it is instantly back...



SNOWGOON... I appreciate your statement... I hope I have clarified it better now that I am showing you that I am NOT attacking the same undead.


Juglar Del Viento... there is no XP earned on the 2nd Champion. It is like I send the Champion to attack a DIFFERENT undead and when it hits I get nothing, but I loose the 10 Energy I used to send it. 

Now I am sending one Champion to attack at a time... this process takes a very long time to level up each one of my Champions

BELOW IS A BETTER BREAKDOWN OF USING MULTIPLE CHAMPIONS FOR MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ATTACKS.......




Example.... If I have 6 DIFFERENT Champions and I send them all out to attack 6 DIFFERENT undead at the same time and I have 100 Energy to start... 





look at the left 2 Champions in each row (they are both LEVEL 1)...   1ST and 4TH Champions....






And you see that all 6 are on their way to attack indicated by the green arrows above and the attack icon in the bottom left of the screen below...



And you see that I have spent 60 Energy (10 Energy for each one) to send them...





When the 1st Champion hits in the top row ( the first one to the left in the top row ) the other 2 Champions instantly come back when they hit and I lose 20 Energy for the 2nd and 3rd Champions in the top row and they earn no XP even though they were sent to attack a DIFFERENT undead...


When the 4th Champion hits in the bottom row ( the first one to the left in the bottom row ) the other 2 Champions instantly come come back when they hit and I lose 20 Energy for the 5th and 6th Champion in the bottom row and they earn no XP even though they were sent to attack a DIFFERENT undead...


Now below... you can see that only the 1st Champion in each row is indicated by a green arrow that it is on its way back and only these 2 Champions have earned any XP and have leveled up to LEVEL 2...





And I have only received 2 reports... showing the hits are 1min apart and show that I attacked 2 DIFFERENT undead and only the 1st and 4th Champions out of the 6 Champions I sent...  have leveled up to LEVEL 2...





I should be rewarded for 6 DIFFERENT attacks and not lose 40 Energy because only the 1st & 4th Champions sent get any XP and the other 4 when they hit they get nothing.


Just like other parts of this game I should be able to send out multiple raids, battlegrounds, spies and caravans at the same time...  so, I should be able to send multiple Champions at the same time and not lose any Energy and gain XP for all 6 Champions.


I hope this clarifies the BUG issue I am seeing.  Have the Developers run multiple Champion raids to DIFFERENT undead a the same time and they will experience the same results.


Please reimburse my account for ( 1000 Emeralds ) now that I have had to use even more to show these examples of this BUG.

I have tested this feature and have not reproduced the bug. Could you please clarify if it depends on the Champions I select? Also, please specify the server where you play. I will try to reproduce the issue in the same environment.

I am playing on the the Untamed Lands server



It does NOT seem to matter which Champions I select or what LEVEL they are that I am sending.  In my example above you can see the 6 DIFFERENT Champions I sent... with only the 1st and 4th Champion making any XP.



It did not seem to matter in which order I chose the Champion either... It would just be the 1st and 4th Champion that made XP.



If I send 2 Champions at the same time to 2 different undead... then only the 1st will make XP... the other one will do nothing when it hits.


If I send 3 Champions at the same time to 3 different undead... then only the 1st will make XP... the other 2 will do nothing when they hit.


If I send 4 Champions at the same time to 4 different undead... then only the 1st and 4th will make XP... the other 2 will do nothing when they hit.

im still wondering what is happening to you

i have try to reproduce ur issue but i havent been able

i have sent 8 different champions to 8 diferent undeads and i have got xp and reports from all them, but the truth is i only have 15 secs between sendings.

here are the screen shots


in this above the 2 first are different though they have the same stats.



hope this could be clarify soon

Agent Pavel... yes please go into my account and test sending 6 of my Champions at the same time to different undead. 


Please make sure you are sending the 6 Champions one right after the other... there should only be a 1 to 3 sec delay between sending each Champion



You will see that I only get 2 reports and XP from the 1st and 4th Champions... the others go to hit the undead but get nothing and are immediately back in my castle as though I never sent them.


You will see the 1st and 4th coming back to my castle while the others are immediately back when they hit, and I lose 10 Energy for each hit.


I only have 9 Champions... please use the bottom 6 to test with...



Please reimburse me Emeralds for the use of my Energy to test in my account. 


And then when you see the issue, please reimburse my account (1000 Emeralds) for this issue.

I have tested your Champions. As you have described, I have sent 6 Champions and all of them attacked the targets successfully. Please check the screenshots below:

The bug has not been confirmed. Please do not hurry when sending Champions to the Undead. 

Also, I have added 10 Emeralds to your account for the used Energy.

I tested this out myself again and it does work now.  


I am not sure what happened, however this was an issue when I first reported it here, and then again when I tested it yesterday.  Now there seems to be no issue.


I will continue to monitor this and if it happens again I will re-post here

If you have higher levels of Paragon activated you should only need to wait 15 seconds, not one minute

You have been very unlucky ... but have warned other players, so some good has come from this

Hi, I'm facing the exact same problem ROUNDABOUT nicely detailled above: everytime I send more than 3 champions (to 3 differents undead locations), only 3 gets a results, the other ones are just ignored but the energy has been taken !! Sometime it's only 2 being acknowledge with a battle !

Bottom line I only send one champion at a time and wait for its return before sending another one in order not to lose the energy for nothing !


Please check again into this bug. I'm playing on dark plains

Hello! I have tested this situation several times and have not confirmed the bug. Please make sure you don't send two Champions to the same Undead.

Hi everyone, I have noticed a similar bug/problem, but don't expect any competent resolution. The game doesn't just steal energy from you, but it also steals HP from you. If you notice closely, when you send a champion to attack an undead with full HP, you something never get this full HP on the return - you sometimes only get half of the undeads HP points- it rips you off so you are forced to BUY more energy. The game is a complete money spinner designed to attack people's pockets and NOT be fair.  They never fixed my scroll problem of giving me scrolls for lost arts that were already discovered, and I have missed out on months of missing scrolls that could not be traded. Same nonsense from Agent Pavel trying to avoid players problems, and who is not being honest about this games serious issues. Agent Pavel also closes bug accounts without fixing the problems or knowing how to fix the problem.  Player beware!!!  


How many times have player told Agent Pavel they are NOT sending champions to the same undead, however the BUG is still occurring?  He either doesn't understand how to comprehend written English, or being deliberately vague.  You make up your own mind people, but I am done with this game.   Now I can understand why there are so many inactive players.

Well, well, well. Guess what just happened?  I sent a champion 2 star keeper with 1166 attack points to attack an undead with a full bar 1037 HP, and just received 337 HP points after the keeper returned.  Let me guess the response: you want to see screen shots, which you will deny anyway.  LOL

Hello! It would be great you avoid engaging in personalities or this topic will be closed without further notice.

Bugs are similar to the scientific experiments - they both must be reproducible and there must be some proves that an issue/event can really exist. We cannot transfer a bug report to the developers without any supporting materials proving the existence of an error and the exact way how to reproduce it. Video would be the best thing in this case.

Ignoring the two rude people who complained, I myself are experiencing the same issue as described by the OP. Everything he writes about and have posted in screenshots are what is happening to me.

If I send 2 or more champions on mission towards 2 different undead, both can be seen in my attack que, but when they arrive, only the first one there get experience. This seems to be strangely random how ever, and sometimes it works to send out multiple champion, but for the greater majority of times I have tried this the result is as follows:


First champion is working as intended. Following champion / champions are placed in attack que and can be seen moving towards their undead with a 1 minute timer. Upon arrival, they disappear from the que, have all cooldowns removed and can be sent out again while the first champion is still making its way back to base. If it was not for the energy loss, it would be as if the attack never happened. It's always the same issue, that the champion is not registered upon arrival to their target. I have them in que, but then they reset, and the 10 energy used to send them is not reset, meaning if I send multiple champions while having an xp booster up, odds are its wasted effort trying to level up my champions because it only registers the first arrival and then I must wait for its return before sending another champion to be registered for success.

I play on "The Dark Plains" server on FB, but I'm using a different log in then for the forum so not sure how to let you verify it with my account.

We have tried to reproduce the issue multiple times and every time it worked properly. 

Please, make a video illustrating the situation. It will really help.

Upon further contemplation, this could be a browser issue. When I think about it, I'm mostly using Firefox, but when I use Chrome I don't seem to have an issue with this bug. Could it be O.o ?

I use firefox, and I have sent up to 5 champions at once (all different undead) and I've not experienced any of the issues described here.  I do occasionally fail to receive a report, but a refresh always corrects it.
