Why is my IP address blocked for 24 hours? Flooding the Server ??? what does that mean?

I was in the Middle of Playing and this happend to me also. What is going on ? I have been playing for a year with no issues. I have put a considerable amount of money in to this game, IN THE THOUSAND'S OF DOLLAR'S !!! Why all of a sudden is there a problem with my IP address?

Yes I was just playing and it kicked me off with this message. Flooding server? I guess they are having problems and just dont want to say that? And i have yet to find away to contact anyone.

ditto, what the hell is going on, i was busy losing units on pp's and then the message flooding server and blocked for 24 hrs, there had better be a good explanation or a hefty refund of all my money

hey jack, got exactly the same message, i was losing heavy on pps then the message, pop round to me and bring debit card, i will get john to phone bank, if they do not sort this out asap he can see if payments can be stopped

i got the same message with this server flooded, few min later comes a message that server is under maintanace and then i tried a relogg and all works normal again

Back in the game.... I logged back in and selected Untamed Lands and it let me back in... WOW it only took them 21 min to fix this
problem... I guess when your losing money YOU "will" fix the problem... anything else and it's the "next update"
