Hi, for the past week my scribe has been giving me scrolls that I have already discovered.
For an example: I discovered Composite Bow lost art at the beginning of the game over 2 weeks ago and is now level 21. However, today I was given a composite bow scroll. This is happening all the time. I am being given scrolls I have already discovered. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hi, on the screenshot I see only the notification from the Scribe that you have discovered Chivalry and deciphered Waters of Life Scroll (which is not discovered on your account yet). Maybe you have other screenshots illustrating the problem?
Hi, Please see screen shot clearly showing chivalry discovered and upgraded to level 5 on 12/07/2018. Please see next screenshot whereby the game deciphered chivalry scrolls on 13/07/2018 and on 14/07/2018. This clearly demonstrates the game is deciphering and has been deciphering scrolls for lost arts that have already been discovered. This has been going on for weeks and I have lost valuable game time and resources due to this game not playing correctly. Can someone from the Plarium technical support advise me why the game is still giving my scrolls for a lost arts that have already been discovered?You receive Scrolls for the Lost Art you have not discovered yet (Waters of Life). There is no report in your screenshot that you have received Chivalry Scroll.
