Battlegrounds with the gold frame are the Saga Quests. There are 24 Quests in total. In case you have completed all of them, the Quests tab at your Eagle's Nest will be empty.

I didn't complete all of them. Didn't get past maybe level 5 or 6.

you have to go up in ur normal battlegrounds to unlock the saga battlegroudns, every 5 regular battlegrounds unlocks a saga BG
so keep advancing in ur fight with balur to keep receiving saga bgs till level 24
