1. The gift was available starting on Friday, June 15th. You could claim it in Events tab for 3 days after the start. 

2. Did you submit a ticket to our support team regarding your purchases? Payment issues are handled individually. 

i did not submit a ticket as such that i can remember  but there was not a link for submitting  one

as for the gift i do not think i received the current one i mentioned

It means that the gift pack had simply expired. There will be many other gifts in the future, so it's not a reason to get discouraged.

Moon coins are sent directly to your Hero balance. Tournament rewards are issued in full.

Please specify your Moon coins balance before and after claiming the reward. Also, screenshots of the issue would help to clarify the case. Here is an instruction on how to report bugs.

it is too long ago - i cannot remember the balances at that time and i do not have screen shots -

at that time i could not do them

all i remember is the annoyance that they were not added - i had checked about an hour before the progress push finished which is why i saw they had not been added i tried to contact support but no one answered my emails and i could not figure out how to report it by the new method via the forums
