Yesterday I received only 3 and one of those was to do 30 help requests from the league, it is impossible to do that in a mature league.  Today i get 5 quests and it says again get 30 and also to activate my paragon status which has 96 days still to go on activated.

Because of this my stats for the monthly are completely gone and I will not receive the rewards I have worked towards.  Even the amount of experience points received is much lower, and now have to achieve 30 instead of 25 for the week, please explain the algorithm of how that is achievable with all the Hamlet quests thrown in?
