You should use individual Boost option, not Boost All. The number of the boosts with the discount can be limited.

Then I guess the error is in the displaying of 30% off in both places. Its ok. The less sapphires I use due to mistakes, the less money I spend.

It depends on the number of the boosts you can use with the discount. In case you have more training queues, than the available boosts in the offer, the discount won't be applied when you use Boost all option.
