The functionality of the League Activity has not been released on plarium.com yet, only on Facebook so far.
f the Marshal of your League has not logged into the game for at least 3 weeks, we can appoint a new one. To choose a new Marshal, active members should vote for a new candidate. Please discuss your decision in the League Chat, and provide us with screenshots of the discussion as evidence of your choice. NB! At least 50% of the active players should take part in the voting.

Why make it so complicated on plarium servers when it is AUTOMATIC on facebok?
Just pass leadership to the highest ranking active league member - there should be no need for a vote
p.s. Why is it only 3 weeks on plarium?
