Hello, lord! First of all, please try using the troubleshoot from this article. 

Agent Andr..., that is NOT the issue he reported, and I am going to state it differently.  In the middle of the game it crashes, and has been doing so more and more often lately.  One of my captains told me it happened to him 5 times in 1 day.  Please fix.  And I suggest getting rid of the recent additon of the Cloudwave or whatever it's called, that thing gave me an error 520 or 522 (forget the number, but basically the problem was not at my end but at yours), so I could not even get on the game one day, and when I finally got on, a few minutes later it crashed and gave me that same nonsense..
