Hello, lord!
Monthly quests last for 28 days each. They don't correspond with the Gregorian Calendar, so the countdown starts from the very moment when a monthly Quest opens on your account.
If you specified the actual coordinates of your Castle, I could check logs and find out the exact time of the Monthly quest's start and end.

Your Monthly Mar'eth Quests were reset on May, 2. Since the first purchase was made before the reset, the Sapphires were counted into the previous monthly quests pack.
Since the issue has not been classified as a bug, the topic will be closed.
