I have purchased some troops/Sapphires today on one of the offers that came up.

I should have received 69500 sapphires as well as troops/items which I did receive.

However the monthly Mar'eth quest is a bonus of 20000 sapphires for purchasing at least 50000 sapphires, so should I not be expecting to receive my 69500 from my purchase plus my 20000 bonus giving me a total of 89500?

I only received 70000 sapphires.
