Hi! Please note that the level of the Castle and level of your profile page are two different meanings which have no relation to each other. The level of your profile on plarium.com consists of your social activity, gaming activity, etc. Meanwhile, the Castle level relates to your battle actions and Castle developing actions right in the game. This topic will be closed as this is not a bug issue.
